AIG Muhammad A. Mustapha mni(Rtd.) was Born in Darge Nguela, Abadam LGA of Borno State on 3rd/September/1962. After his primary and Secondary School in Borno State, he attended ABU Zaria from 1989-1984 graduating with B.Sc Business Admin. He joined the Nigerian Police Force in 1986 as Cadet ASP. He served in various Commands like FCT, Kebbi State, Yobe State, Taraba State, Airport Command Lagos, Explosive Ordinace Disposal FHQ and Force CIID. He held various offices such as PPRO, Intelligence Office, Logistics and Supply, DPO of various divisions, 2I/C, SCIID, Area Commander potiskum and wukari, AC Special Fraud and Monitoring and Intelligence Unit.
He was Commisioner of Police EOD, Jigawa State Command, Delta State Command, Ebonyi State Command and in 2018 he was promoted to AIG and was posted to zone 10 Sokoto, Comprising Zamfara and Kebbi State Commands where he retired after serving for 35 years.
He attended courses within and outside Nigeria. He attended UN Peacekeeping Operations in Angola, Burundi,

Malam Yawale

Born on the 19th of April 1965 in Isa town, Isa Local Government Area, Sokoto State. Yawale started his early education with the Sardauna Primary School Isa from 1972 to 1978. He then proceeded to Government Secondary School Kaura Namoda where he studied for a period of three years from 1978 to 1981. He was then transfered to Government College Sokoto (now Nagarta College) where he completed his secondary education in 1983.
After the successful completion of his secondary education he gained admission into the University of Sokoto where he studied pre degree program for two (2) years from 1983 to 1985, and enrolled for a degree program under the Faculty of Arts and Islamic Studies, where he graduated in 1988 with Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) and majored in Islamic Studies.
